Rudolfo Rodriguez Ochoa

1. Case originated on 05/07/04 with the alleged dates of crime being between March of 2004 through April of 2004. The suspect in the case was a Hispanic Male, the boyfriend of the victims Grandmother. The family had known the suspect for approx. 15 years as David Perez.
   
   
2. Search warrant was conducted on the house in question on 05/08/04, and at this time, Perez had already disappeared.
   
   
3. Arrest warrant was issued on 05/10/04 in the name of David Herrera Perez.
   
   
4. On 05/11/04, through the efforts of Fugitive Recovery Agents and Investigators associated with Allbounty.com, David Perez was located at 311 Burleson in San Antonio, TX, and was eventually arrested. Once subject was taken to jail, fingerprints and photographs proved that this was not the David Perez we were looking for. The real David Perez stated that he had his identity stolen in Galveston, TX approx. 10-15 years ago.
   
   
5. Local fingerprint and photograph records obtained from ICE/INS indicated that the David Herrera being sought was arrested and deported in 2001, at which time he had provided identification documents stolen from an uncle of the victim in this case. In the 2001 deportation, subject finally admitted that he was Rudolfo Rodriguez Ochoa. The investigation has produced several people whom knew the subject under names of David Rodriguez and David Perez.
   
   
6. Supplemental affidavit information was re-submitted to the judge and the warrant was re-issued under the name of Rudolfo Rodriguez Ochoa (DOB- 05/08/65) with the alias’ of David Herrera Perez (DOB 12/16/63), David Rodriguez, and the uncle (Info on the uncle is available to law enforcement only)
   
   
7. Vehicles belonging to the suspect have also disappeared from the residence-

8. Known suspect identifications are as follows –
   • Colorado drivers license – 92-179-5858 (still valid) under the name of David Herrera Perez (DOB 12/16/63)
   • New Mexico driver license 120917030 (expired)
   • Social Security Card under the name of David H Perez…..450-27-8925
   • Social Security Card under the name of the uncle (SSN of the uncle available only to law enforcement officials)
   
   
9. Suspect is approx. 5’7 to 5’8” 135 to 145 lbs, Dark Brown Hair and Brown eyes.
   
   
10. A lot of personal information was recovered during the search warrant - \

    **Black books containing financial information indicating he does have a very large sum of money put away in banks – Sunflower Bank, Monte Vista, CO

    **LE in TX have arrested a brother, thinking it was him – Antonio Rodriguez Ochoa

    **Family supposedly has a large ranch in South Texas.

    **Perez/Ochoa did have a Sears credit card.

    **Information was found that Perez/Ochoa did catch a bus in Walsenburg, CO around 05/10/04, enroute to Amarillo, TX(?)

    **Previous employment information showed a Place of Birth as Kingsville, TX(?)

    **Perez/Ochoa mainly worked migrant worker type positions, but usually maintained long term (year round) employment with a couple different farm employers in the San Luis Valley, one of them being Spud Grower Farms LLC at 2455 E. Road 4 North, in Monte Vista, CO. Phone 719-852-4737.
